About
Enjoy two days of fun, splashy Class II whitewater and three nights at the same campsite near Moab. This variation of our popular Super Group trip is ideal for youth conferences and Young Women’s and Young Men’s camps traveling from farther away.
This itinerary meets Wednesdays at 5:00 p.m.
at the Lower Onion Creek group site on Highway 128. Dinner is provided that evening, followed by breakfast the next morning.
The morning before rafting is available for activities planned and supervised by your group leaders. Bring your own games or devotional activities, or plan a nearby hike. Our staff will be available that evening and morning but will not lead your group’s activities.
Lunch is served at 11:30 a.m., and the bus arrives around 12:30 p.m. for the approximately 15-minute ride upriver to the launch site. Rafting time is approximately 2–4 hours on the first rafting day and 6–8 hours on the second. Transportation back to camp is provided after the second day.
Meals begin with dinner on arrival evening and end with breakfast on the final morning. The trip finishes around 8:00 a.m. after breakfast, with no rafting that day. Your group may leave for independent activities or travel home, or remain at camp on your own until noon.
When requesting a reservation, give us your best estimate of group size. Your balance is due 90 days before departure. Please keep us informed as your participant count changes. Maximum group size is 200 participants.

Trip at a glance
What to Expect
FIRST EVENING: The meeting time is generally 5:00 p.m. at the campsite along Highway 128. This is where your group will be camping all 3 nights. After arriving at the campsite guides will direct you to the site assigned to your group. Dinner will be served around 6 pm. The evening is reserved for your group to do something on your own.
DAY 1: In the morning breakfast will be served around 7:30 AM and the morning is free to do self-guided activities while our staff get the boats ready for afternoon rafting. Lunch is served around 11:30 AM and the buses will be to the camp to take the group to the launch site about 15 minutes away. Today is a nice float with beautiful scenery, swimming, and water fights. You will arrive at camp sometime between 4 pm and 7pm depending on the water level. Dinner is served sometime between 5 pm and 8 pm. The guides will work with you to plan activities for the evenings.
DAY 2: The night before the guides will let you know what time breakfast will be served. This can be as early as 6:15 am or as late as 8:30 am. It is up to each group to get their members up and moving to breakfast on time. It gets light around 6 am so it is hard to sleep in. Depending on the water level, you will be on the river sometime between 8:30 am and 10:00 am. Lunch will be served around noon at the river’s edge. This is a good day to have a small snack on the boats. The group and the rafts will be picked up taken back up to camp. You will arrive in camp at about 5:30 pm with dinner being served sometime between 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm.
DAY 3: On this itinerary there is no rafting on the last day and the group is free to go around 8 am after breakfast and camp clean up. The campsites must be vacated by 12 pm.

Points to Remember
Waivers: Every participant must complete a waiver before going on the river. A parent or legal guardian must also sign for each minor. Your confirmation email and trip documents explain the paper and online options.
Life jackets and boats: We provide the life jackets and all rafting equipment. Everyone must wear the provided life jacket while on the river. Please do not bring your own life jacket or watercraft.
Food allergies and dietary needs: Review the menu in your trip documents and email us about any food allergies before your trip. Remind your guides when meals are being prepared. We may be able to adjust how food is prepared, but we do not offer individual menu substitutions. Participants are welcome to bring supplemental food for their own dietary needs. Anyone with a severe allergy should bring their prescribed emergency medication.
Health and participation: Please review the trip details and let us know ahead of time about any condition that could affect someone’s participation. Anyone who is ill should stay home.Group FT Payment, Cancellation, & Refund Policy
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $10 per person is due within three weeks of receiving your reservation confirmation, based on your best estimate of group size. The deposit is applied toward your group’s balance. If your entire group cancels, the deposit is not refunded.
For reservations made within 90 days of departure, the full balance is due as soon as possible after the reservation is made. If we have not received your deposit, we will contact you before releasing your reservation. Please let us know promptly if your group makes other plans.
Payment
Your remaining balance is due 90 days before departure, preferably by check. The 5% Reservation Fee is waived when the balance is paid by group check or group checks received in our office before your launch date. The fee is not waived for credit card payments or multiple checks from individual participants.
If your group needs more time to pay, please email us. A late payment does not automatically cancel your reservation; we will contact you before releasing it.
Adding Participants
Email additions to info@worldwideriver.com as soon as possible and include your order number. For additions on departure day, email or text us by 7:00 a.m. so we can finalize boats, meals, and driver schedules. We cannot guarantee space for last-minute additions. Additional participants may be paid for by check or credit card upon arrival, and the Reservation Fee applies to participants added at the last minute.
Full Group Cancellations
If your entire group cancels between 90 days and 24 hours before departure, 50% of the money collected is forfeited, including the non-refundable deposit. If the entire group cancels within 24 hours of departure, all money collected is forfeited.
Individual Cancellations, Count Changes & Refunds
Please keep track of your participants and tell us as soon as you know your count has decreased. To receive a refund or credit for more than two individual cancellations, notify us at least 24 hours before departure. Earlier notice helps us adjust meals, boats, drivers, and guides.
Up to two individual cancellations reported by email or text by 7:00 a.m. on departure day are eligible for a refund or credit. If you first report a larger decrease after the 24-hour deadline, only two cancellations are eligible; the additional cancellations are not refundable or creditable. Refunds are processed after the river trip.
Please send your exact participant count by 7:00 a.m. on departure day, even if it has not changed. Email info@worldwideriver.com or text 435-259-7515, and include the order number shown at the top of your reservation.
When a refund is issued for a credit card payment, the Reservation Fee is not refunded. Instead of receiving an eligible refund, your group may apply that credit toward guide gratuities at the end of the trip.
